I don't know which camera i should buy...all 4 do a great job...so what's your opinion????

F20: Mostly automatic. There is only a couple of modes that you can select your own ISO.
F30: Has some manual controls. You can set your own Aperture and Shutter, ISO.
F31fd: has all F30 capability plus Face Detection technology. The camera recognises and meter where human faces are, so you don't come up with darkened faces. This is useful for beginners.
Fuji F#0 series is leader in lowlight.

L7? I don't know anything about it but there has been no reason or evidence to believe it's better than any of the Fuji Fs.
