Does anyone have an FZ8 or a TZ3 yet?

I'm considering these 2 cameras and haven't been able to find much in the way of reviews (including this site!). DPReview did one on the FZ8 a while back but since then, nothing.

I would think some people out there have them already and have some opinions. I'd like to hear some.

Is the FZ8 worth the extra money over the FZ7? Does the TZ3 allow you to zoom in movie mode? Is noise really a problem with Panasonics, or are reviewers just nit-picking?
