Back Button Focus

Does anyone here know how to set back button focus (AE-L button) on the *ist or if the *ist even has this capability? I have been reading a bit about it and want to try it out.

Does the K10d have this capability? I will be upgrading in the next couple of months.

If you mean the AF button then the with the *istD you just use it or not. There is no option to switch it off or re assign it as there is with the k10D.
