Ok, I want a NICE digital camera. I have the Canon A300 (kinda lame and really for beginners, not really any great shots out of this one) and I want to step it up to a level where I can take some SLICK pictures under various circumstances and lightings. The A300 has totally failed me in situations with movement and without BRIGHT light.

I have heard tha A80 is immensely popular and actually better than the A85, and that the A95 is a more expensive version of the A80, and not really all that necessary.

I noticed that the A95 has a Fast/Slow Shutter option in the shooting modes, but couldn't find this listed anywhere for the A80...what does this mean exactly? For someone who wants to be able to take interesting shots that aren't just buildings and posing family members...might I need this?

Any other tips about these cameras? Thanks! Jason
