I have in hand a Sony A100 and I am very upset in the fact that I cannot see 100% of the viewfinder wearing my glasses and I need to wear the glasses to see normally. This is not a focus problem but an eye-relief problem. I have exhausted all the resources including Sony for an adapter for the viewfinder. Canon makes one (for Canons of course) that reduces the viewfinder size by about 25% and allows eyeglass wearers to see all of the frame. Do you consider this problem when you test cameras? I don't think so...... Do you know of any source for an adapter that will solve my problem and allow me to keep the A100??? If none exists, the camera goes back and I'll have to dump my Minolta glass (boo-hoo) and wait for the Olympus e510..... I'm moving up from my Panasonic FZ20 and Minolta Maxxum 7000 film srl......
Please help..... Thanks, Jerry G.

I've handled the A100 and the KM 5d before it, and quickly concluded they're not for me. My KM 7D has no replacement yet. I chose it partly becuause it had the greatest eye relief of any DSLR (25mm). It's very comfortable to use whiule wearing eyeglasses. You might try it yourself. The advantage is readily apparent.
