Yeah ... Canon doesn't share much.

Nikon, on the other hand ... has its mount on the Fujifilm S-series SLRs

Pentax is on the Samsung SLRs

Sigma SLRs ... have ... hey, what mount do they have? LOL :confused:

Using an adapter (http://www.cameraquest.com/adapt_olyE1.htm), 4/3 cameras (Olympus, Panasonic, Leica) can take most other legacy (35mm film) lenses--with the notable exception of Canon.

Focusing and exposure has to be done manually, however, since the electronics naturally don't match up.

The Olympuses are really good value now.

I looked and they're half the price of most other dSLRs. I'm not sure whether you could use one commercially though.
