I have recently bought the Fujifilm F20 digital camera and after a few months decided to upgrade my computer. The software for the camera loaded fine but whenever i connect my camera via USB it doesn't recognise the camera and does not allow me to upload my pictures. Does anyone have any solutions to this problem? when i plug in the camera the computer picks it up as new hardware found so i'm not sure if there are some settings that i need to change in order for this to work. any ideas would be welcome as it is frustrating me. I own a Pentium 4, 512MB ram running Windows XP Professional.
