Nikon Capture NX version 1.0

Why is it that when i double click on a nef file from my D80 it starts opening nikon capture NX then says "cannot open xxxx". WHat am I doing wrong?

No problem. I sorted it! Upgraded to v1.0.1

This is from the NikonUSA.com website, though, and I am unsure about downloading to Australia since they ask for a US billing address. I don't know about the nikon.com.au site, though.

Although shipping to Australia is quite expensive, you can also get it from places such as BHPhotoVideo.com(http://www.bhphotovideo.com/bnh/controller/home?O=Search&A=details&Q=&sku=432375&is=REG&addedTroughType=search). I'm sure that most major photo suppliers in Australia must also sell it.

u can download a trial of it here, this site also has good tutorials for you to see b4 you download/buy it to see if its for you.

or get the CD by purchasing from D-D or digitalcamera warehouse. i would recommend the CD.

I couldnt download the trial version.. the page just goes blank after i fill out the form.

about $200. look thru the tutorials b4 you buy though. NX is not for everyone.
