seriously though, public is public. it's one thing if they're inside their fence...another at a public beach.
not that i would because i'm just not into that sort of thing, but if a woman doesn't want a picture taken of her looking like that, then she should probably stay at home.

don't get me wrong, i still think it's sleezy, but i also don't think they should be entitled to any sort of privacy on a public beach.

and i'm with don, i've got no problem just asking someone if i can take a picture of them. hell usually i'm out with that thing, people are asking me.
edit...and by "that thing", i mean the 30d w/ lens, not that spy camera.
