4 GB SD cards OK for S3 IS

This is my first post here. I bought a S3 IS for Christmas because it would cost $269 USD to fix my G1 and want to get a large SD card for the S3 (and use the 'old' 2GB for my smart phone which has no card installed).

Are 4GB cards supported by the S3?

I'm quite happy with the S3 so far but have not had time to explore many of the features. I was astonished at the quality of the one short video I've taken.

yes S3 will take any SDHC cards
