Raw image

does any one know of free software ( or low budget software), that can handle RAW image files, I use a canon powershot pro 90is.
I have down loaded a free cams4you application but dont seem to be able to get the RAW image side of it to work.

Bibble has a couple versions. I do not necessarily recommend it, though others like it a lot.

I sometimes use picasa 2 (http://picasa.google.com/#utm_source=en-us-more&utm_campaign=en-pic&utm_medium=et) to handle some of my raw files, but it has basic adjustments. Best of all it is free.
