Plz Help me Decided

I'm buying a camera for my sister for Christmas. She's not camera savvy, so basically wants something point-and-shoot, pocketable, etc. She wants to be able to take video, and wants decent MPs and ease of use. Right now, she's looking at the:

Olympus C-60
- and the -
Olympus Stylus Verve

Which one would you guys pick? Personally I would prefer to get her the StylusVerve. Though I know the C-60 is a more robust camera, I'm wondering if it's perhaps TOO robust for a point-n-shoot n00bie. (Other suggestions are good, also, but I want to keep the price-tag under $340-internet.)

You are comparing a 4mp camera to a 6mp camera - just how many mp's does she need?

If she only needs four, then I would just go to Wal-Mart and get the $150 Olympus w/3x optical zoom (better than the Verve) and 3.2mp. Wouldn't make sense to spend more in this case, if all she needs is a p&s. IMO the extra 0.8 mp is insignificant.

If she truely needs 6mp, well, I wouldn't spend $350 for a camera that only had a 3x zoom, no matter how many mp's.....

Moot point.

I got her the Verve.

It had a lot of great features, was easy to use, durable, and came in colors (important to girls, I suppose). I got my hands on one at the mall, and was sold. Paid only $280 for it online anyway, so no big deal.
