A710 In Camera Cropping and Video Capture

I'm guessing the A710 doesn't have in camera cropping or video capture features. I can't find it in the manual or figure a way to do it. If anyone knows whether or not this is possible, please advz. I'm especially interested in video capture. Thanks!

Most video players have a capture button. I know windows movie maker does it comes free with windows XP. Check in your programs for it, then drag and drop the video file over into WMM and try that.

I have a 710 but I'm not sure what your question is.

What's video capture?
- taking a video? (of course yes)
- taking a still shot while shooting video? (no, but the S3 does)
- taking a still frame from the video? (yes, but only after loading on the PC)

In camera cropping?
- cropping before taking the shot? (yes, this is the safety zoom/digital teleconverter function, no quality loss up to 24x zoom on a 640x480 size)
- cropping after taking the shot? (no)
