Best RAW converter software?

What are the best softwares for RAW conversion and file organization after I take it of my card?

I shoot in RAW with a Canon XT.

if you get a sensible reply let me know buddy, as its exactly what im trying to find out, i have tried cams4you, but strugled. give it a try you might do better.

Picassa is reasonable but I prefer DPP and Zoom Browser.
