trying to choose Help please

I'm trying to upgrade my old fuji 2600z 2 megapixels digital camera. Budget: $400 max. I would like 5+ pixels, 6+ zoom. Image stabilization is very important as well as image quality. Print size would be mainly 4x6, occasionaly 5 x 7. Would like continuos or burst mode. I will be taking mostly pictures of a fast three y.o. GS, tennis shots, vacation pictures and indoor shots. I don't use manual controls but would like the possibilty of trying to learn. (not a must though) I bought the Panasonic LZ5 two days ago but do not like not having an optical viewfinder. I live in Sunny Arizona and can not see the LCD screen most of the time. I am considering the Canon A710S. Out of all the "wants" listed above I guess the zoom could be lower, maybe... Help please.

You will not find a better camera than that A710 IS... it is a great camera. Another camera you can consider is the Canon S3 IS or Sony H5, they have a bigger zoom range but the image quality is a bit less because of the more complex lens systems.
