Hi friends, been away for awhile as I ain't been to well, but back in the saddle now.

Just bought a Panasonic Lumix FZ30 and took some pics of my model railroad,.

The photos are really nice, perhaps the second one could just use some saturation but still very nice and your railroad really seems to be something special.

Wow, thats cool. Excellent detail! I wish I had space to build one and leave it up. I have some old 1940's era Lionel 027 stashed away that I could use and some HO also. Even if I did put it up it wouldn't look that good.:)

Welcome back to the land of the living! It seemed to me your shots were a bit overly exposed, especially the second one? Here's my take on texturing it up a bit, hope you don't mind? Great looking layout you got there, BTW! A LOTTA TLC went into that setup, for sure.

The newest photo looks the best, to me.

No offense John, but yours looks too saturated.

The FZ30 can sure hold its own!

The FZ30 can sure hold its own!I probably overdid it. I like the second take better too. I might've done better with original, though my own personal shooting taste would've probably led me to use a little -EV bias in shooting those particular scenes.
