Are you set on CC for some reason? You can get it cheaper elsewhere. Do a search on Pricegrabber.

The only advantages that the V10 has over the F30 are its smaller size and the included games. For everything else, including the thing that a camera is supposed to do, which is take pictures, the F30 is the better choice.
If you're looking to save a few dollars, and don't mind giving up a few features (e.g. aperture and shutter priority modes, higher resolution LCD, ISO 3200), the Fuji F20 is a very good option.
With regards to the TZ1...well, you're asking this question in the Fuji forum, so most of us will favour the F30. But the TZ1 isn't without its advantages. The 10x optical zoom and true image stabilization, and it uses the SD cards that you already have, for starters. But it is a larger camera, has little in the way of manual controls, and it can't touch the F30's high ISO performance. So you just need to decide what your priorities are.
I notice you asked the same question in the Panasonic forum; rather than cross-posting, it might have been a better idea to post just one question in the "Which Camera Should I Buy" forum; you'd probably get more responses.

F30 is perfect complement to your FZ5... similar to what I have in my collection. One for outdoors and one for indoors.

Bottom line is that unless you REALLY need the 10x zoom of the Panasonic, the Fujis will deliver far better image quality, especially in low light.
The advice here is good - if you don't need manual controls (and I'm guessing you don't since the Panasonic doesn't have them) then the Fuji F20 gives you the same "guts" as the F30 for far less cost.

Advice? Just go and take photos. :)
You can go take photos where your FZ5 can't, i.e. in lowlight; then you will appreciate it ever more.
Following your posts, for a while, I thought you would go full monty with S6000fd.

Far better image quality? I disagree. I'm not knocking the F30. It's a great little camera, but so's the TZ1.

Bought 'em both, took the Panny back after 2 weeks and several hundred shots. Panny at ISO200 looked worse than the Fuji at ISO 800. I especially didn't like the visible shadow noise the Panny displayed even at ISO 80. If you're happy with it, great, but for my taste the Panasonic image quality just didn't cut it.
Guess I'm picky! :)
