How to fix?

How can I fix this problem? (Photo 1)
I am using a Lumix LX2 camera.

What settings should I be using to get the right photo?
I want to get the background as well as the chandelier.

You can't unless you burn out the chandellier. You need two exposures - one for the chandellier and one for the background.
