Light-slave flash powered by AC?

I'm looking for a light-slave flash that can plug into AC power, as opposed to being powered by batteries. The quality doesn't have to be particularly high, and the cheaper the better. Ideally it would have a setting to work with the anti-redeye flash settings on digital cameras.

I've been playing with the Quantaray units sold at Wolf Photo, and they work, but they're powered by two AAA batteries and wear out quickly.

Suggestions for where to look for this sort of thing are definitely invited...
