i am new to this so could any one help me out i am looking for add on lenses for my new camera i would like to know which lenses would be ok would like to get a wide angle and a tele lens also some filters ay help woul be appreciated thanks

Hey Bigted99,
It looks like your camera takes a 55mm thread so any accessory for 55mm should work. Here is a link to some Raynox lenses (http://www.raynox.co.jp/english/digital/s5600/index.htm). I have not tried these yet so I cannot comment on quality, you probably want to google for some reviews on these. You also might need a conversion ring with these lenses.
As far as filters goes I use Hoya filters. Here is a link to the 55mm set (http://www.adorama.com/HY55IFK.html). I keep a UV filter on all the time and have a circular polarizer for outdoor shots.
Here is a kit on Amazon (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/B000G02RA0/nextag-photo-20/ref=nosim) that looks fairly reasonable, again I have not tried this kit so I cannot comment on quality, further research is required.
