Where do I find instructions for adding a picture to my post?

I am not certain as to where the instructions are, but when creating your post you will notice two rows of icons directly above the text box. If you click on the 'paper clip' you a new window will open with the ability to select and upload an image file. The rules for sizing are listed in the new window as well.
