Dear Users,

I am unable to download my pictures to my PC at home running on XP and PIV. Once the cable is connected, LCD comes on but once it starts communicating with the PC the LCD shuts. And thereafter Canon Browser simply says there are no pictures.

Has anybody experienced this. It seems to me to be a problem with my PC software.

I wont use zoom browser cos i reckon it takes over the PC and limits your control. I presonlly prefer just using the XP scanner and photo wizard that starts when you just plug the camera in.

Could be a problem with your memory card rather than the software?
