Hi, I need Help
Im using a Panasonic DMC-FZ30
and i want it to make videos, and then upload them onto my computer and then edit them with moviemaker.
But when i upload them onto my computer, it becomes really choppy and doesnt play right
And they come out as MOV Files and Windows Media Moviemake doesnt accept that

-How do i change the file type?
-And how do i make it seem less choppy?
And is their a video playe that i neeed to use or a software?

PLEASE HELP!!
Thank You:)

-How do i change the file type? You cannot change it in the camera but you can convert it with software in the computer. Google .mov conversion software.
-And how do i make it seem less choppy?
This could be many things including a slow or bogged down computer. Your not trying to play it directly from the camera are you?

And is their a video playe that i neeed to use or a software? Adobe Quicktime is the player of choice for .mov files. This player should have come with the camera.

Microsoft has a free program to change your MOV files to a file that Moviemaker will accept:
