Your camera should have a macro setting. It is the flower symbol.

You may be looking for a wide angle converter. If so, I can not be of help.

No, the OP is looking for a macro/close up lens, which he/she said directly. The Macro mode doesnt do much.

When I had the Pana FZ20 I used a Nikon 6T Macro. I am not sure on thread sizes with the FZ30 and what adapter you have. The Nikon 6T an 5T are 2 of the better macros out there and have been popular amongst Panasonic owners. The 6T may prove hard to find.

Maybe the Mcon 40 or the canon 250D or 500D

Hi Mapa, I don't know if you found your lens yet or not. Anyway, the Nikon 4T is a 52mm and the 5T and 6T are 62mm lenses. To the best of my knowledge the 5T and 6T are not being made any more. The 4T is still available and I found them at, http://www.digitalfotoclub.com/ for about $30 US. I think you can use this lens on your FZ30 adapter. Not sure where you live but Good luck.

Well for many years I have used the Cokin system which screws onto the front of the camera. I have been using this now with my FZ30 and its great as I have a X2 closeup lens for it along with the macro that the camera uses is amazing.
