I got an Optimus 5.0 digital camera for christmas, and i followed the manual instructions to a T, and i can't hook it up to my computer. It keeps telling me that my computer doesn't recognize any devices!! this is the only thing i have plugged into the USB port except for the internet cable! I am running Windows 2000, and it says it is compatible. I don't know what to do. i've installed, uninstalled, reinstalled, connected, disconnected, reconnected. everything! If there is anybody that can help, please let me know. I can't find any contact information online or on the product packaging. so i don't know what to do!!!

I also got an Optimus digital camera for Christmas. It seems to be a very nice camera, but the instructions aren't very clear. I don't know where I can get better instructions for it, does anyone out there know? I can't even find out who makes it. Help!

My dau and her son also bought the same camera, but has returned them due to blurry pictures, lack of instructions, and short life of batteries.

You know ... when something is that questionable ... I honestly don't why you would risk your $1500 PC by "plugging in" something that dubious! Why push something you already know is risky. You can't even find adequate documentation.
Where do you think the warning signs actually are in this situation?

You're looking at them. ^
There is a point of diminishing returns ... and it would be good for you to suspect you have stumbled upon one of its prime candidates. I suggest you return that POS and spend just a few more bucks and buy a brand name "ANYTHING" and be a lot happier and ... a lot less at risk.
I swear, people could probably sell "used" gum, if they could get the colorful wrapper back on it.
