Red cast with Epson 2200

I have an Epson 2200 and every time I print in color I either get a magenta cast or a green cast to the picture. I have spoke with Epson’s tech support and they are stuck also. They told me to try forums for help. So here I am. I have used this printer with two different pc’s to make sure it wasn’t my monitor or anything like that. If you can help me I would appreciate it greatly.
