I enjoy taking night shots with my DX6490 as well and think it's great to see some other work with this camera.

The shots are very nice. Keep up the good work :)

I have a question: on the DX6490 that you have, is the shutter lag usually noticeable without half-pressing the shutter button?

I have nothing to compare it to, but as far as i can tell it takes the photo's pretty quickly.
