would the 8800 be good for wildlife shots

I'm thinking of buying the 8800 for its zoom, I take a lot of wildlife shots, do you think the 8800 would be good for that or do I need to go with the D70 or Canon 20d. :rolleyes:

Hmm well whats nice about the 8800 is the zoom and that it has vibration reduction which is great if you dont use a tripod and the 8 megepixels I would say is great but if you have the money I would say look at the nikon D70 or if not I think the 8800 will be fine
