Hi:

Your pix might benefit from a bit of gamma adjustment or exposure compensation as they appear a bit dark.

However, you should post pix in the gallery section, not the general chat thread.

Nice pics...from the newbie point of view.
I'm also thinking how much I'm not looking foward to the snow hitting us here in NJ. I hate the winter :(

Hey MrMagoo, we live in NJ, there will be no toxic snow this year thanks to global warming.:p

I really like the second one with the wispy water. I'm looking forward to shooting a lot of those kinds of scenes.

I'm in South Jersey BTW.

I personally like a little more light in my photos. I took your #8 and opened it up a bit with Photoshop's "Shadow/Highlighting" tool:

I agree, as someone else said, that you should be posting these in the "Gallery" thread, but usually when you do they get lost after a short time, buried deep in the threads someplace.

Nice pics!

Reminds me of my trip to Austria back in 2002. I do miss the cold weather sometimes :D
