$100

Size

* What size camera are you looking for? Or does size not matter at all to you?
Doesn't matter.

Not sure, but enough to take a clear picture/video (as clear as possible for under $100) of a 15X15 sq ft area from 20 ft away.

None
* How important is “image quality” to you? (Rate using a scale of 1-10)
Image quality (video quality moreso) is most important. 10/10
Do you care for manual controls?
Manual controls not important.

General Usage

* What will you generally use the camera for?
Main use will be taking short clips of people doing things indoors and outdoors (ie mainly sports).
* Will you be making big prints of your photos or not?
No big prints.
Will you be shooting a lot of indoor photos or low light photos?
Well lit areas indoors yes, not sure what is considered low light.
Will you be shooting sports and/or action photos?
Yes, main use.

Miscellaneous

Are there particular brands you like or hate?
I have no idea what's what when it comes to digital cameras.
Are there particular models you already have in mind?
No
(If applicable) Do you need any of the following special features? (Wide Angle, Image Stabilization, Weatherproof, Hotshoe, Rotating LCD)
No

Thanks.

EDIT: I know $100 is very cheap for a digital camera and that I'm not going to get anything with very good picture quality. I'm just looking for the best I can get with that constraint.
