Which one would be better overall? They both seem very close quality wise, although the sony does have a 7.2 MP CCD and the ginormous LCD. Both are close in price right now as well. Any help is appreciated.

Both are good. There are many threads here discussing the S3 versus H2/H5. Just search for them.
