I know I am a pest, but this is so confusing.I want a fairly easy camera. about 3 to 4 mP. decent zoom but the drawback is I do not have alot of money to spend. Money wise the Canon A75 I can afford but is there something better for the same price.

(http://www.dcresource.com/faq/faq.html#whichcam) There are a bunch of cameras there under $400, including the Canon A75. I'd add the Panasonic DMC-FZ3 to the "under $400" group, but is there anything there that strikes your fancy? You can take comfort in the fact that there are no "bad cameras" in his list; any of them would probably work fine for you, depending on what particular features you want. If you narrow the list down to 3, you can even use his "compare cameras" feature to line up your choices side by side and really help you decide. What a resource! :)

I believe the A75 is 199.99. Anything else worth while in same price range, is what I wanted to know.

None that I would buy.

Better? No, not at that price range, where all cameras from the major makers are equally worthwhile. There are however lots of good cameras that offer different features. The best thing you can do is buy a camera from a major manufacturer, don't sweat the decision, and learn how to use it.
Buying a camera in this price range should not be a hard decision - just pick one and run with it!
