Fuji S5500 vs Canon A95

Well, first of all sorry for my mistakes in english cuz I am from Spain and I dont know very good the language lol.

I´m thinking to buy a new camera but I dont know what model can I buy, the camera that I like more is the Fuji S-5500 because it has got a 10x zoom but I dont know if it takes good pictures, the other one that I like is the Panasonic Z3........
So my question is what camera takes better pictures, because I think that the most important thing is that the camera takes a very good pictures with a good definition etc.

Oh one more thing, what models of cameras are like the fuji S5500????

I have already yet one thing about the S5500 that I dont like anithing.......is that It only has got a minimun shutter of 1/4........It can be posible???????Cuz I dont understand it!
I normaly do a lot of pictures at night and pictures of storms....so I need a minimun shutter around 5-15seconds, but I dont understand why It doenst have only a 1/4seconds....... :confused:
