I want to get a digital camera that can take high quality shots, especially at night. I want to take shots of trees at night and cityscapes. However, my price range is limited to below $500. I will also be taking pictures at concerts. I won't be doing a lot of vacation stuff, outdoor wilderness. Mainly city stuff. Portibility is also important.
