F-30 Will Not Download Picture Sound Files.

I cannot download picture sound/voice files using the F30 camera & it's connections regardless of which software is tried. The sound files will download into the PC ok if i move the card over to my Olympus camera or a card reader. This works using any software. This is a very inconvenient problem. I bought the F-30 back in August 06, Ver 1.0.

Can someone please try an experiment on their camera? Same problem?
Is this a common problem with the F-30?
Can this problem be fixed?

I've never had a problem on windows or mac, using a card reader or the built in USB connector. You might want to contact tech support and see if it's something that's fixable.
