I recently bought an SD 700IS and so far I am very happy with the camera- it takes great pictures, the features are easy to use, and it fits neatly into my pocket. However, it makes some noises when it focuses, and I don't know whether they are normal or not. The noises are hard to describe, but I can say that they are quiet, and sort of high pitched; I hear them when I press the shutter release halfway down. I have no experience with photography, and for all I know these noises are perfectly normal. Does anyone know what this is, and if it is normal?
