These are all straight from the camera. Some of the EXIF data is a mess. This was my first real time shooting with my XTi and I kept forgetting to do things such as change my ISO as we moved inside and outside. Do the second two look underexposed to you? Would fill flash have helped? I had my external flash attached but didn't think to turn it on.

Nice shots showcasing just how sharp the Canon 17-55 is! The bottom two are just a tad under, but a little boost in the midtones using the curves tool should do the trick. As much of a fan of fill flash as I am, looks like you had the perfect conditions to not use a flash.
