What a difference the Zeiss makes. I didn't realize there was that much room for improvement over the 16-35's optics.

Yah Zeiss is nice...if you can manually focus everything. It's also kind of an unfair zoom vs prime comparison. I'd be more intrigued by the 35L vs the Zeiss .
