Where can I get free Noiseware?

Someone mentioned this in my post about my new camera...I have looked through Google but haven't found anything....anyone know a specific site?

Neat Image is argueably the best out there and I prefer it myself. Its fairly cheap if you wish to buy it but it does come free, its just restricted on batch processing, until you buy the full version. I use the free version....

I use the free version of Noiseware, and it's great. Paint Shop Pro also has an included noise filter that is really good. Not free, but close :)
