Lens Compatibility

Will a 18-200mm VR DX lens be usable in the future on a camera body that has a full frame sensor or will it create black corners? This is assuming Nikon makes an affordable full frame camera in the future.

"Use of DX lenses are NOT recommended with 35mm or APS SLR cameras",
Dark corners will certainly be a problem.
