I'm looking for some feedback on your opinions on DSLR's with Full-Frame sensors, vs DSLR's with APS-C sensors. I understand the issue about magnification factors with APS-C sensors, and normal focal lengths with full-frame sensors, but I'm looking for your collective thoughts beyond the lens issue. What about quality, reliability, editability, serviceability, and anything I may have missed...?
Appreciate any and all comments!

The only issue is crop imho. Quality isn't an issue, ISO 3200 on 5D is cleaner then ISO 3200 on 30D but it's really a non issue for most except the most demanding photographers.
Sensor size has far far far less to do with image quality then lenses and technique.

The viewfinder is usually darker on a cropped camera.

I may be in the minority but I find a quality difference between my 5D and 30D - basically in noise (really grain, its not chroma noise). Its not dramatic, but its noticeable. I can tell from my prints at 11 X14 for certain, probably not less than that.
That being said, I think the viewfinder brightness difference is more important.
On the down side, the FF camera embarasses some of my lenses on the edges and corners, particularly wide angles. The 24L in particular was a favorite on a crop camera, but much less so on the 5D.

if you can tell what camera an image came from without knowing prior....then it matters. most people cant
and cost wise
if you shoot long lenses a lot, you might benefit from a crop sensor more
if you need to shoot ultra wide a lot, the opposite, as ultra wide choices are more limited
