A month or so ago I bought my Panasonic NV-GS300 camcorder from them, but they sell dslr cameras also so I thought I'd list them here.
On a scale of 1-10 I'd give them an 9 overall.
Something they are big on is package deals. My camcorder came with a variety of things like a basic tripod, table tripod, SD card, card reader, lens cleaning kit, screw on lens attachments and filters and a couple other small things. They stuff I got was the same as pictured in the ebay auction and everything was brand new in retail packaging. Afterwards I went to amazon and priced everything individually and it came out to be about $40 more than what I paid when you factored in shipping and handling, so good deal overall.
My only warning is that when you buy on ebay they want you to call and "confirm" your shipping address. This is more just for add-on sales and higher prices, but that being said they were not pushy or rude in any way.
I'd buy from them again if they had another deal I wanted
