Canon SD600 or Canon A630?? HELP

Looking for quick shots-- want to catch my 2 year old twins in action. I seem to always miss the shot with my current camera.. to much lag time between shots. Also,trying to limit red eye. Do you like either of these camera's or dislike? Why
SD600 has card, smaller, $249.99
A630 has batteries, bigger, $269.99

A630. can be had for about $240 now.

I prefer the A630, also. But most small compacts like these have red eye. Fuji F30 would have less red eye if you use high ISO with no flash, which is also good for not harming your kids eyes.
