I would like to buy wide lens digital camera

I would like to buy my first camera.
Features:
- wide lens (< 28 mm)
- ultra compact
There are a few cameras which correspond to my needs such as Panasonic Lumix DMC FX07, Panasonic Lumix DMC FX50, Kodak V705, Canon Powershot SD800 IS.
Please suggest me the best one of these or propose me the other camera that you think it is the best.

You've given us some info but if you fill out the questionnaire at the top of this forum we can give you better advice. I think you've pretty much found all the options for ultracompact and 28mm equiv.

What about the Pan FX01? It's similar to Panasonic FX07 and FX50 but cheaper. How much USD is 300 euros?

I like the SD800 best because of image quality, viewfinder, and high speed download. Next are the Panasonics which are all similar but the FX50 has the biggest LCD. I'd rate Kodak V705 last because it doesn't have IS and there is a gap between 23 and 39 mm when the camera switches lenses.
