hi all. i'm in search of my first digital camera (see previous post: Torn - Canon SD700is or S2).
in the past i've always traveled to Hong Kong to buy the newest and latest electronics, usually stuff we don't carry in the U.S., like Walkman's and 35mm cameras, etc. made specifically for the Asian market. these usually are better constructed, more features, and way ahead in terms of technology and release date over the U.S.
are there any must-have digital cameras (any brand, non SLR) that can be found in Asia that we won't get for a while or ever? i'll be in Hong Kong at the end of the month. i guess i'm looking for something no less-than the Canon SD 700is-900 or S2 and up.
