Hi!, i just want to know how Canon S3 performs in Indoor no flash no tripod shots, and also how it responds recording video indoor normal or low light. I´ve looked for samples at pbase.com but i only found a few very out of focuse and dark ones and i couldn´t find samples of this type anywhere else. I know this is not a camera specifically for this kind of situation but i want to know if it can take at least acceptable pictures with no flash indoor, if someone can link to sample pictures of this type Thanx in advance!

I don't have any pics from the S3 online yet. Sorry, I just got it.
But, it does do pretty well with no flash in normal household lighting.
The video from the S3 on the highest quality (30fps 640x480) is superb!
It had better be really good since it takes up 1 GB per 9 minutes.

Hey FLiPMaRC,
Cute dog.
Good to see that your place looks like my place, with the dog toys spread all over the floor in the background !!!!
I was thinking it was just us that had half a pet store worth of toys for the dog to play with....

You saw the pic of our Staffy Molly I posted in the Some S3 Pics thread.
I have hundreds more where they came from !!!!! :D
Only problem the new ADSL Modem Router I recently installed won't let me upload pics to the forum now......

Now then, back on topic !!!
Shot taken indoors, Manual mode, TV 1/25, AV 3.5, Focal length 72.0mm, ISO 80, Auto WB and most importantly NO FLASH !!! :)
And yes the wall behind Pinhead is meant to be grey, it is not some weird WB issue !!!
