I stumbled across this bag online tonight and it certainly looks like it fills a niche that none of the other bags meets.

I own the LowePro version and use it as my primary bag: Toploader 75 AW.

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but the Toploader 75AW can't hold a camera with a 70-200IS f/2.8.
This is what is in my LowePro Toploader 75AW:
Main Compartment -
Nikon D200 with both the MB-200 and AF-S-VR-Nikkor 70-200mm 1:2.8G attached;
Two extra batteries for the MB-200 battery pack;
Extra CF cards, Quick quide, cleaning supplies, and cables.
Top Outside Compartment -
Nikon D200 Manual and a
USB CF Adapter (in case I need it).
Lower Outside Compartment -
Car Charger for Nikon batteries.
Of course, this doesn't mean the Canon lens is the same size as my Nikon lens and that your specific set up will fit. After all, I've seen some of those oversize hoods on a few Canon lenses--makes me wonder.
