I like the second one because of the closeness, but it appears to be upside down.

Fireworks photo that I have seen look better if there is something for them to reflect off of, like a body of water. Also a nice night scene illuminated by the burst also looks good. Look at some of the shots in the photo gallery fireworks thread and you will see what I mean.
