Hi,

I have a 20D for serious things, but I wantr to buy a cheap Canon for everyday use.

I`ve compared the image quality from the reviews and I realized that A530 and A540 are softer than A510 ans A520.

What to do ?. What to buy ?. I want one of these, with 2 bateries, not A610/620/630/640 with 4.

What t obuy ?. A510/520 with crisper image or A530/540 with muddyer image, but with some other things ?.

Excuse my english if I misspelled some words.

M.:D

What are you planning to shoot? the 6XX has a faster flash refresh rate and the shot to shot speed is faster. The 6XX takes better pictures and IMO isnt really that much bigger. I like the fold out screen on the 6XX better

What about the 7XX? it takes 2 batteries like the 5XX but has a little more zoom. Maybe thats the one for you?
