Been using a 3.3MP Casio QV-3000EX with a Canon lens for the past 6 years, will get my S3 in a couple of months. In the meantime, here are a few pictures from within the last year:

Jake, great shots! Im happy to critique these as there are some very appealing images in there.

1. Doesnt so alot for me, reminds me of money. Its overexposed, except for the center. Sometimes it takes lots of photoshop to really fix these.

2. Awesome, I love it. If I had to complain, it would be that I would like more contrast in the bricks. But, that could just be personal preference.

3. Cool shot, the grain is a nice effect. Its a little hot imo.

4. Great shot, absolutly perfect depth of field. My only complaint would be that the bright spot is a little distracting.

5. Nice shot, makes me want to be there. It looks a little too much like a snapshot though.

6. A sweet looking fella, I think he may be smiling!

7. I like this one. Good depth of field. I am a little confused with the lighting. Did you reduce the vibrance/saturation, or was it super cloudy?

8. Good colors, looks too much like a snapshot.

9. This one is my favorite. I have nothing to nitpick here. The vignetting really works for me. The saturation is perfect. I dont know if it was intentional or not, but the first thing that comes to mind is the old Steve McQueen film "The Great Escape" where Bud Ekins jumps that old motorcycle over the barbwire fence.

Numbers 9, 2, and 4, are my favorites. Dont read too much into my comments, im still very new. Thank you for sharing these, I very much enjoyed them!

Thanks very much, corndog. It's great to get feedback on your work and see how you can improve it. I'd really appreciate others' comments too, if you all have time.

Thanks. :)

Nice shots.
The only one I find a little flat and ordinary is 5) the mansion by the river. Shot around noon maybe? Others are top stuff.
